The sold production value of Polish industry in 2004 (CSO report, April 2005) amounted to PLN 546.2 billion. The decisively biggest share in this sum was generated by the industrial processing – PLN 450.8 billion. The other items on the list were mining – PLN 31.7 billion, and generation and supply of power, gas and water – PLN 63.7 billion.
